Book Launch - A Gannet Named Grace

I'm a children's author based in Wellington, and alongside Gannet Beach Adventures, I'm launching my new book 'A Gannet Named Grace' at Clifton Beach on December 10th at 1:30pm. There will be a reading of the book, a Q&A session with myself and illustrator Lynne Parsons. Also a sausage sizzle and face painting sponsored by Haumoana school.

Haumoana Miniature Rifle Club
The Haumoana Small Bore Rifle Club is reopening for 2011 on May 5th. 
This Club is open to adults and to children over 10 years old and is situated in Memorial Park. 
The cost is as follows:
Adult: $4.00 per first shoot $2.00 per second shoot
Children: $3.00 per first shoot $2.00 per second shoot
Club is open from 7.30 each Thursday night. Safe environment with adult supervision.

Monday 6pm - 7.30pm - all levels
A yoga class covering the fundamentals of yoga in a more up-beat fashion. Attention to alignment and detail in the postures keeps the mind focused and the body alert. Te Awanga Community Hall, Wellwood Tce, Te Awanga.
Wednesday 9.30am - 10.30am Intro/beginners.
Learn the basics of yoga as a good foundation for a great yoga practice. The class is open to people of all levels of fitness. Klein Beginnen - Dutch Playgroup
