The W.O.W. Vision

give the cape coast an edge

Give the Cape Coast an edge
W.O.W (Walking on Water) group is taking a stand for the united Haumoana, Te Awanga and Clifton coastal communities.

Unless something is done our homes, roads and the wellbeing of this coastal community is under threat from erosion and inundation. We won’t be taxed off our properties or evacuated in a managed retreat. Local authorities and the Cape Coast community must work together to defend and transform this slice of paradise.

We had a full house for our submission to the Hastings District Council and the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council this month.  Come along and hear WOW's integrated and inspirational plan to protect and celebrate the coastline.

The Cape Coast is a vital Hawke’s Bay asset.
United we build a future, divided we’re a demolition zone.
